Arul has vast and considerable knowledge in Legal Outsourcing, Contract Management, Intellectual Property Rights and other delivery specific processes. Arul has rich experience in interacting with US attorneys, Corporate general counsel and Solicitors of United Kingdom.

Arul is a Post Graduate in science, Graduate in Law and Post Graduate in Business Administration with more than 16 years of combined experience in corporate and general litigation and Legal process outsourcing Industry catering to US and UK legal markets.

Arul has worked in various CMMi Level 5 companies such as Infosys technologies and has performed operations at managerial level in legal processes ranging from Litigation support, Legal research,Legal Publishing and Intellectual property domains. Arul is a life time member of The Bar council of Tamilnadu and Madras High court Advocates Association, Coimbatore District Bar Association. Arul is also a WIPO-World Intellectual Property Organisation Certified Professional.Arul is responsible for managing the entire operations and timely delivery of the client services including training .

R.V.Gurunathan

Master In Contracts including Mercantile Law, extensive and comprehensive Legal practice as Corporate Legal professional and as a consultant and legal advisor to Companies and Nationalized Banks .
Handled many real estate cases and documentation besides Noteworthy number of Consumer cases.Predominantly legal practice before Courts of law with substantial expertise in contracts drafting, negotiation and due-diligence.
Diverse experience in handling banking and financial institutions cases and Real Estate Laws.Mr. RV Gurunathan is responsible for managing projects in contracts management, legal transcription and Litigation support portfolios. Affiliations: Bar council of Tamil Nadu, Coimbatore Bar Association,Coimbatore,India.

Sujan Isaac

An Engineer by qualification is our Managing Director, having enormous experience in managing various business segments ranging from hospitality Industry Outsourcing, BFSI and large enterprises. Besides being a business leader he is also a strategic Investor , entrepreneur and planner. Mr . Isaac is responsible for managing our over - all Administration , Finance, Accounting and corporate affairs of our Company.

Vijay Madhavan

An entrepreneur by his DNA is our Executive Director, and investor in our venture. He is responsible for managing our finances and administrative portfolios of Lexqual solutions private ltd., Mr.Vijay is an Industrialist having rich experience in Manufacturing Industry, Government and Public sector projects. Mr.Vijay is a post graduate in English literature from an elite institution, Chennai, India. He has travelled extensively in South East Asia
